In addition to our financial support of several charitable organizations, we maintain an on-going consumer education programme that aims to educate both children and adults on the benefits of financial management and planning. You can find us in the schools working with the youth; in the streets educating the public and in-house, training furture leaders.
Our annual social programmes include:
BAF Camp – Each year, BAF hosts a free summer day camp for 100 children in Exuma. The children are fed meals, enjoy educational activities, learn art & craft, engage in cultural and creative endeavours as well as fun days under the supervision of a cadre of adult supervisors and counselors.
Back-to-School Celebration – An annual event at which we giveaway 1000 backpacks, and featuring free haircuts, live music and lots of fun for the children
Sports & Youth Programmes
As a client-responsive company, we are critically aware of the wide range of needs of our clients and their families. For this reason, we have supported several community efforts including local sports and even disaster relief efforts in times of need. We are also aware of our wider community and we are always among the first companies in the Bahamas to respond to the needs of our Caribbean neighbors with financial contributions to their relief efforts through our National Emergency Management Agency.
